Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
- The product is not a custom-made or personalized item
Return Process

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we have made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for products of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Design Services
Design consultation services are provided on a project basis. Refund policies for design services will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work. Once design work has been completed and delivered, refunds may not be available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
